Today our 5th grade classroom semi finalists took part in the FES Spelling Bee. All participants did an excellent job and audience members cheered on their classmates. The sportsmanship and empathy our students exhibited today was remarkable. Representing FES in the countywide spelling bee will be 🥇Ethan Waters, 🥈Kharson Leslie, 🥉Addalyn Furstoss, and alternate Austin Magruder. Congratulations!
Lola Dayton, FES 1 grade student and top seller for the 23/24 Charleston Wrap Fundraiser , offers a tip to reaching your personal sales goal . Lola said " My mom emailed everyone in my family and the orders kept coming in". The Charleston Wrap fundraiser continues until Oct. 31, orders will arrive in time for the winter holidays .

"Fluency" the pup came to visit FES 3rd, 4th, & 5th graders today to kick off our multiplication fact fluency initiative. Students will earn dog tags for being fluent in their multiplication facts! We are dog-gone excited to watch our students become mathletes.
